In Part 2 of the series, “Sent To Be The Church,” Pastor T. Wayne Daniels challenges us to see the book of Acts not simply as a record of what the early Church did, but as a picture of what the Church is still called to do today. Jesus empowered His people through the Holy Spirit not merely to gather, but to go. Every believer has been sent to carry the message and presence of Jesus wherever God has placed them.

Through Acts 1, 8, 10, and 28, we see a Church that was empowered, scattered, stretched beyond its comfort zones, and continually advancing the Kingdom. The mission did not end with the apostles. We are still called to be witnesses, cross boundaries, reach people who need Jesus, and continue what began in Acts. We do not simply go to church—we are sent to be the Church.
